Through Dr. Ramani Durvasula's profound education on the subject, and years of my personal effort, research, I have gladly gained some insight. It is an ongoing effort to understand adversarial behaviours.

Dr Ramani Durvasula's book, is a priceless powerful antidote to deleterious effects, of such pathological individuals with damaging behavioural patterns and narcissistic behaviours I have sadly encountered and unavoidably continue to bump on from time to time.

The difference made to me in a great degree, is the cognition. Decoding more or less those behaviours. That is one of the invaluable abundant ways this book has helped me, it is so vital to read, and refer to.
